“Grazing is nature’s way of managing vegetation at a large scale. Historically it was large herds of wildlife and now it can be large herds of livestock; well managed grazing can have incredibly healthy impacts on the land”
Beth Reynolds & Catherine AhSam
Beth has operated sheep and goat herds as land management tools since graduation from Cal Poly in 2005. Catherine graduated from Cal Poly in 2018 with a degree in Animal Science and was a student of Beth’s. They both really enjoy working with animals on the land and have a passion for grazing. They provide vegetation management to a multitude of private, institutional, and government agencies, as well as offering consulting services in herd management for local vineyards, ranches, and homeowners.
Together they each bring necessary skills to the business, Beth is involved with the overall business management and administration while Cat works her butt off every day taking good care of the animals.
